Starting a YouTube-driven business completely changed my life.

I became obsessed with understanding business.

I transitioned into a full-time sales job at the gym to learn sales, working 10am–7pm, five days a week, selling memberships.

When I wasn’t working, I watched, read, listened, and implemented everything I could about business. Through all that trial and error, I finally cracked the code on how to actually turn an audience into income.

I realised that you really don't need a ton of subscribers to earn a full-time income on YouTube. If you create content strategically, design a grand-slam offer that is highly aligned with your audience, and you master the fundamentals of sales - literally anyone can make a living online doing work they love.

And that’s when everything changed. Within just a couple months, I went from $0 to earning triple what I used to make in my finance job in Malaysia - all with a relatively small audience of 30k subscribers.

Now, I have full control over my time, work with clients I’d consider friends, and travel the world while doing it.

So trust me when I say: I get what it’s like to juggle a full-time job, make content, build a business, and still feel like you’re doubting yourself every step of the way. It’s hard. And overwhelming. And most days, you’re just hoping someone will tell you what to do next.

I started my YouTube channel while working full-time in banking, pulling 12+ hour days in Asia’s fast-paced finance world. The hours were wild and the pressure was real, but I was determined to make YouTube work — so I committed to posting every week for a year.

It was hard, but I built simple, repeatable systems that kept me consistent without burning out.

After experiencing severe burnout, I decided to quit my job with only 14k subscribers. Zero business experience, no idea how to sell, and no clue what an “offer” even was.

I then moved to Australia on a 1-year working holiday visa and worked part-time at a gym just to cover rent while I “figured things out.” At one point, I was one rent payment away from wiping out the $10k AUD emergency savings I promised myself I wouldn’t touch. So I had no choice but to learn — and fast.

This program isn’t for everyone. You shouldn’t apply if:

Frequently asked questions

How much YouTube experience do I need to apply?

If you’re not a complete beginner and have been making videos consistently for a while, then you're eligible for the program.

How much time will this take?

The more you put in the more you get out of the program. With that being said, you'll need to be able to dedicate at least 10 hours a week into growing your channel and business to see any meaningful progress in 6 months.

How big does my audience need to be?

There's no exact number of subscribers you need but to get the most out of this program it helps to have at least a minimum of a few hundred to 1000 views per video. The most important thing is that you are posting somewhat regularly and that you have the willingness to be consistent with content when you start the program (which is of course something I will help you with).

How does the guarantee work?

I want this investment to be as risk-free as possible for you so as long as you attend all the coaching calls and do the work set every week, you'll be able to request for the guarantee. If you don't make back at least your investment within the 6 months, I will refund you the difference. This way, you don't lose anything by joining the program.

What niche do I have to be in to be eligible?

This program is niche-agnostic. As long as you are in the education-side of YouTube (as opposed to the entertainment, Mr Beast-style side) then you're good to go. I’ve helped creators across a wide range of niches, from mindful fatherhood, to art and design, to self improvement, to Japanese-language learning, and even a resource-creation channel specifically for Vietnamese teachers.
